WDSI Drop In Class Ticket
Students 18 years and older may sign up for single classes for the ballet and modern dance only at 10:00 am and 11:30 am. Each ticket is for one class.
PLEASE BRING PROOF OF PAYMENT TO CLASS
By making payment, I hereby
waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Dance
NOW! Miami, Sanctuary of the Arts, and Inter-American Choreographic
Institute; their employees, officials, officers, agents, agencies,
departments, participants, persons transporting the participants to and
from activities, and any other individual, group, organization, or
corporation under contract with the listed entities for ANY claim
arising out of an injury or death of my child, or damage to, or
destruction of, or loss of, any property, as a result of his/her
participation in any program or activity, including those injuries
arising from negligence of the DNM, SOTA, and ICI, their employees
and/or agents.
